January 20th - 15 degrees - approx. 14" of snow

We went skiing yesterday at SKI DISCOVERY. Here some pictures and video of my adventure. Hope you enjoy. I can't handle skiing and taking pictures so there are none of Fred.

Here is our "construction site". I guess the addition will have to wait awhile.

The snow between the house and the shop was up to my knees.

Got to try out the new digital trail camera. There is some left over hay in the old barn that the deer have been eating.

There was a piece of string that got in the way but we still got several pictures.

It will be fun to see what other critters we can get pictures of around the place.

January 14th

Saturday night/Sunday morning we had about 3 inches of snow.

All is well in the world when the cat and dog can get along.

January 12th - Hitting the slopes

Fred and I went to The Great Divide in Marysville, MT for a little ski action. We stayed in the "backyard" where the beginners learn to ski. I finally mastered turning just before we left. Our next trip we will go on the big mountains via chair lifts.
