From the foot of the bed
This is the wood (Walnut) the frame is made from.

Almost finished bed. Still has to add footboard and drawers.

Project was started Saturday.

We went to Alabama last weekend for Brandon's birthday. Here are some pictures

Here is Brandon at his basketball game. He scored 2 points.
Here he is holding his pinewood derby car Friday night before the big race.
Standing in front of Deda, MeMaw, and PawPaw's pond. Brandon's 8th birthday party.
Brandon came in 6th place out of about 100 racers in the pinewood derby. He is now eligible to race in the regionals. He will be in Montana at the time so hopefully he will have someone to race it for him.

I posted the video of the crane accident. Click on the link to see it: CRANE

This picture was from a couple of weeks ago- Finishing up the binding on the guitar.

Sanding and lacquer finish.

I was finally able to install the tuners today.

The neck is made of mahogany.

Here is what it looks like so far. I still have to permanently attach the neck to the body and install the bridge, nut, saddle and strings.
