Sunday, May 18th 79 degrees

Here is a picture of what we came home to on May 12th.

We put in a hard day's work yesterday. I finished up the painting and helped Fred install the interior doors and attic access stairs. Fred also did some wiring. He got outlets and light switches put into 2 rooms and one light fixture in our closet.

Here is a picture of Brandon's room.

Here are some videos just to mix things up a bit.

IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK LIKE A HOUSE

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Here are some pictures of the rooms after some painting. Brandon's room will not be seen until THE BIG REVEAL ON JUNE 4.

Mud Room and hallway.

Master Bedroom

It is not two tone. The camera doesn't show the colors too well. The second picture is closer to the color.

The Bathroom

The new door from the mudroom to the outside.

Spring is here, for now at least

The sheetrock hangers finished up today. We were 3 sheets short so Terry and I had to go into town while they waited on us.

This will be our new room:

Here is the doorway to the old part of the house. The logs will be cut out after the all of the walls are finished and painted.
Here is Brandon's room. The goal is to have it ready by the time he gets here this summer. It looks like we might be able to get it done on time- at least the interior.

We took a walk up the creek. It was nice today so the dogs took a swim. Saw quite a few trout in this pool.
